1. Processing & Fulfillment

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Delays: During peak sales events or supply chain disruptions, processing may take longer. If so, we’ll notify you by email.


2. U.S. Shipping Options

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.
🚫 We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

Carriers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx (selected automatically based on best rates and delivery speed).

  • 📦 PO Boxes: Only supported via USPS (no expedited services).

  • 🚫 Alaska & Hawaii: We currently do not ship to these states.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
